  • Oh! dish Midori-yasai no Peperoncino

  • The liquid from midori-yasai no peperoncino

    1 tablespoon

  • Beech mushrooms

    1 bunch

  • Cooking sake

    2 tablespoons

  • Bacon

    10g

How to make

  1. 1.

    Thaw the green vegetable peperoncino in running water, unopened, or in the refrigerator.

    Steam Beech mushrooms with sake.

  3. 3.

    Cut and crisp bacon.

  4. 4.

    When 2 and 3 are heated through, mix 1 with the the liquid from midori-yasai no peperoncino and serve.
