  • Tofu

    20g

  • Cucumber

    10g

  • Horseradish

How to make

  1. 1.

    Thaw "yuzu mozuku".

  2. 2.

    Cut tofu into 1cm dice.

  3. 3.

    Cut cucumber and horseradish into 5mm dice and marinate in salt water.

    Place a portion of 1 in a bowl and top with 2 and 3.
