How to make

1.
"Sauté mushrooms with butter" are unopened and thawed under running water or in the refrigerator.

Mix mayonnaise and mustard and spread on the underside of the burger bun.

Finish by placing lettuce, ham, and a portion of 1 on top of 2, in that order.
