Ingredients (one person)

  • Wasabina Ohitashi

    50g

  • Asazuke Daikon (Pickled Radish)

    25g

  • Kama-age Shirasu (Fried Whitebait)

    5g

How to make

  1. 1.

    Take out a quantity of "Wasabina Ohitashi"
    If you feel the carrots are too long, cut them into bite-size pieces.

  2. 2.

    Cut commercially available asazuke daikon in half.

  3. 3.

    Mix 1 and 2, place in a bowl, and top with kama-age shirasu.
