Ingredients (one person)

  • Shio-negi Eringi

    25g

  • Bean sprouts (after boiling)

    20g

  • Chives (after boiling)

    5g

  • Sesame oil

    1/2 teaspoon

How to make

  1. 1.

    Prepare a quantity of "Shio-negi Eringi".

  2. 2.

    Cut chives into 4 cm lengths.

  3. 3.

    Boil chives and bean sprouts quickly in boiling water and drain in a colander.

  4. 4.

    When the heat of 3 is removed, add 1 and sesame oil, mix and serve.
