Salad chicken, plain (commercially available)

Cabbage (boiled)

How to make

Prepare a quantity of "Age-nasu no Miso-itame".

Break the salad chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside.

Cut cabbage into bite-size pieces, boil briefly and squeeze dry.

Mix 1, 2, and 3 together, place in a bowl, and pour over the fried eggplant with miso sauce.
