  • Mizuna

  • Tuna (canned)

    10g

  • The liquid of Kinpira Gobo

    1 teaspoon

How to make

  1. 1.

    Cut mizuna into 3 cm pieces and rinse them in cold water.

    Dress a quantity of “Kinpira Gobo” with 1 drained and seasoned tuna.
