A hearty side dish with miso sauce and cheese !

Ingredients (one person)

  • LL Chilled Satoimo-ni (Formerly F120)

    6~7 pieces

  • Thick fried tofu(2cm square)

    6 pieces

  • Deep-fried eggplant (cut into chunks)

    6 pieces

  • Green onion (cut into small pieces)

    Proper quantity

  • Miso sauce (commercially available)

    20g

  • Melted cheese

    Proper quantity

How to make

  1. 1.

    Prepare a quantity of "Satoimo-ni".

  2. 2.

    In a heatproof container, arrange the Satoimo-ni, deep-fried tofu, and fried eggplant in a 1:1:1 ratio.

  3. 3.

    Pour the Miso Sauce over the entire dish and top with melted cheese.

  4. 4.

    Bake in the oven for color. (Or bake for 10 minutes at 200°C setting on a stovetop)

    Remove from heat after baking and sprinkle with green onions.
