Komatsuna no Hijiki-ae
Just add komatsuna heated in a microwave oven.
You only need a pinch of salt because the seasoning of “Hijiki-ni” is used !

How to make

Wash komatsuna in cold water and cut into 2 cm pieces after removing the roots.

Sprinkle salt over 1 and microwave for 4 minutes.

After removing the heat, squeeze the mixture lightly, add the “Hijiki-ni” and bonito flakes, and mix quickly.
